More Shanghai Crabs (2004-12-01)
We had Shanghai crabs the other night. They were so good that I was compelled to take their pictures and show off to you, AGAIN (Neena Neena Neena!). We bought two that were bigger than the small ones we had earlier and since they were bigger, their roe was even more fragrant. It was just positively delicious. Shanghai crab roe IS the king of crab roe, bar none.
